About Pastor Gale Francisca Forde

Pastor Gale Francisca Forde was born in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. She studied for two years at Central Mission Foundation Bible School, in Central Trinidad West Indies and later continued her studies at the Morris Cerullo School of Evangelism. She relocated to New York City in the eighties. During this time, Brooklyn Tabernacle Deliverance Center became her place of worship and service unto God, under the Spiritual leadership of the late Bishop James Copeland and the present Apostle William Denson.

In 1998 Dr. Gale Forde became an executive board member of the organization. As an ordained Pastor and qualified teacher, she joined the faculty and staff of the Mount Olive Bible Institute/International Theological Seminary. There she facilitates the spiritual education of aspiring lay persons, as well as ordained ministers and pastors at the level of the Master's class.

Pastor Forde achieved her first Doctorate Degree in Sacred Theology from the Mount Olive Bible Institute/International Theological Seminary in May of 2002. On May 20th 2006, Dr. Gale Forde achieved a second Doctorate Degree in Christian Education. She became Dean of the Bible Institute in 2010. 

She is a Pastor after God’s own heart! To this end, she has been awarded with a Doctorate of Divinity Degree, by the Mount Olive Institute and Seminary in May of 2015, for her outstanding role as a minister to ministers in the Kingdom of God.

Dr. Gale Forde is the Pastor of Phileo Outreach International Ministries, Inc. Founded in 1998 under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the church is developing into an anointed deliverance ministry; where captives are set free from bondages, and miracles, signs and wonders occur, to the honor and glory of His name. Pastor Gale Forde is a gifted intercessor and the ministry was birthed through prayer and continues to be steeped in intercession. 

Pastor Forde continues to be elevated by the grace and favor of Jesus Christ. She was invited to become a part of the 69th Precinct Clergy Council in 2014. It is an organization comprising clergy members and officers of the New York City Police Department who serve the Canarsie community by promoting unity, love, compassion and excellence of service, through Jesus Christ. She has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and Europe on missionary assignments. In February of 2017, she led 40 individuals, including children, on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land Israel.

Truly, Dr. Gale Francisca Forde, Pastor, can be regarded as a life totally surrendered to God and committed to the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
