Youth Ministry
Phileo's Youth Ministry meets on Wednesdays at 7:00PM. The Youth Ministry is involved in teaching young children from ages eight years old through sixteen years old, the Word of God through engaging them in compelling discussions that help them to actively live out their Christian faith, at home, at school and in every area of life. It confronts issues that are critical to their natural as well as spiritual development and explores topics that include bullying, social media and other challenging areas within their current experiences. The Youth Ministry supports the Scholastic Awards Event held annually in August to reward the children for their accomplishments during the school year.
Young Adults Ministry
Phileo's Young Adults' Ministry meets on alternate Wednesdays at 8:00PM. It prepares young people for service within the church and helps them build on their relationship with God and with others. It is instrumental to their spiritual growth as they face life's challenges. The Young Adults also serve in various departments within the ministry including Hospitality, Praise and Worship, Newsletter Department and Event Planning.
Phileo Young Adult Praise Dancers, who worship the Lord in dance and minister to God's people at the Prayer Breakfast, Anniversary Service and Christmas Celebration.
